repair agent:
1.Excellent in chemical corrosion resistance
2.With good erosion resistance,cavitation resistance and impact resistance
3.Impact resistant,with very high bonding strength to the metal substrates
4.Without shrinkage after curing.

Product usage of BD416 corrosion resistant repair agent epoxy compound resin adhesives:
Excellent acid resistance,alkali resistance.Use for the partial repairing of corrosive pumps,valves,pipeline,
heat ex-changer,reaction kettle.Also used in the level-up of the substrates before the large area brush coating
of BD406 and BD426

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do the rust-cleaning and coarsening treatment on the pending-repair surface,
then clean it by cleaning agent

2.Configuration: According to the mass ratio A:B=5:1 or volume ratio A:B=4:1,
make A and B two components mix uniformly,then use it up within specified operation time limit.

3.Coating: Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair areas layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.
If it needs the machining for the next working procedure,should allow appropriate machining allowance.

4.Curing: Cure for 24 hours at the temperature of 25～30℃ before putting it into use, if the temperature is low,should heat it up or prolong the curing time to
promote the curing.

Storage and Warranty:
1.Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 24 months.
2.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to
do the pretest according to actual working condition

2.When the environment temperature is below 15℃,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure

3.When the environment temperature is more than 25℃ or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,
should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.
